Since our company was founded, training has been high on our agenda. As well as making sure our staff are experts in what they do, we also place high importance on the personal development of the next generation.
For us, training is about much more than simply observing to see how others do the job. We develop independence in our trainees by getting them involved right from the start and enabling them to play an active role in our company. We provide engaging projects to help them develop their strengths and talents. With open communication and regular progress meetings, we provide tailored support throughout the training period.
From the first contact with the customer through to the finished product, our trainees benefit from an in-depth insight into contract manufacturing in the cosmetics industry, which equips them to decide what they want to focus on during their training.
We’re proud that we have been able to offer employment contracts to many of the young people who have successfully completed their training with us. In fact, we generally guarantee a six-month employment contract for all trainees upon completion of their studies.
